Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that focuses on correction of teeth irregularites  in the upper and lower jaws. Orthodontics is the science that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of patients by idealizing the function and aesthetics of teeth and jaws. Untreated orthodontic problems of any age cause various oral problems.

İrregulary positioned teeth can cause gum problems, tooth decay, premature loss of teeth, as it is more difficult to brush and clean.

In orthodontic treatments, with the use of ceramic or sapphire brackets and the application of teflon coated wires, this treatment becomes more and more aesthetic. In addition, orthodontic treatment with personalized aligners known as invisalign treatment, is another treatment method that offers both aesthetic and permanent solutions.

PROSTHETİCS

1- FIXED DENTAL PROSTHESIS

It is a type of prosthesis fixed on the teeth and perceived by the patients as their own teeth. Dental crowns or bridges by which teeth loss are restored are the examples of these prostheses. After the supporting teeth are shaped (by cutting or reducing the tooth), these prostheses are cemented to the shaped teeth.

2-REMOVABLE DENTAL PROSTHESES

-Total Dental Prosthesis: It is applied to the mouths where all teeth are missing.

-Partial Dental Prosthesis: It is applied to partial edentulous jaws.  Retention of the prosthesis is gained by the hooks. Placed inside the prosthesis.

– Precision attachment denture: It is applied to partial edentulous jaws . They present more aesthetic outcame than conventional partial dental prosthesis.

3- IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTAL PROSTHESİS

-İMPLANT SUPPORTED Fixed PROSTHESİS: Bridges and crowns made with support from the implant.

-İmplant Supported Removable: Total removable prosthesis made with the support of the implant in the jaws with insufficient bone support. The most common attachment type used for removable prosthesis are Locator, Ball atachment, Bar Supported Prosthesis.
