IMPLANTOLOGY

Implants are mostly screw shaped artificial tooth roots placed in the jaw in order to replace the missing teeth. The success rate of implants is very high because  the integration of titanium alloy to tissue and bone is very high The reason for finding widespread use in dentistry is that it can be applied in a wide range indications such as singletooth restarations, partial edentulism and total edentulism

Both the chewing sensation being the closest to normal, and the advantage of treatment without restoring any other teeth nearby to edentulous side of mouth makes  implant treatment methods one of the most applied methods in our century.

In current implantology applications, since bone grafting, sinus floor lifting and bone augmentation procedures are frequently performed simultaneously with implant application, implant application has been the best method to solve many cases af edentulous patients .
